Our company offers you the opportunity to return a product within 14 days * unjustified.

* However, the following rules apply:

If the customer is a natural person (consumer) who prepares the sale for personal use and not for the service of his individual activity (commercial, business, craft or free professional), then our company gives you the right to return the product within 14 calendar days, starting from the time of delivery of the product (to the customer or to the carrier indicated by the customer), returning the product with the proof of purchase in its original condition, unused, charged with return costs and any reduction in the value of goods.

In cases where an invoice has been issued, returns are not accepted.

Once the product has been inspected, the price will be refunded to the customer in the first place, in the manner in which the payment was made, unless otherwise agreed with the customer. Any bank or other expenses (shipping, cash on delivery, etc.) depending on the payment method chosen by the customer, are borne by the latter.

In particular, the costs of the services that have been completed (shipping costs, cash on delivery, delivery to the transport company, etc.) do not coincide with the right of withdrawal.

Returns are not accepted:

+ In cases where the products have been used. Use of a product is recommended, for example: installation, commissioning, registration of the product, placement of components on the product, etc.

+ In cases where the products are not in original condition / have been damaged upon return to transport.

+ In cases where the delivered products have been manufactured according to the specifications set by the customer or according to his personal requirements and personalizations or which by their nature are impossible to return by shipment. Products that are individualized with the registration of the device (registration) by the customer after their delivery to him fall under this exception, such as e.g. registration of a smartphone type etc ..

+ In cases where the delivered products are not suitable for return as soon as they are unsealed for health reasons or for hygiene reasons (eg disposable chef clothes, kitchen utensils, etc.).

+ In cases when the return cost exceeds the value of the order as long as the product has been shipped and is not defective.

Reduction of product value in case of product return
+ If the product is not defective and is returned due to the withdrawal, there is an extra charge of € 3 for processing the request.

+ The consumer should manage every product he buys in the way he would manage and examine it in a physical store, in order to ascertain its nature, characteristics and function. Managing a product that is different from the description above will not be accepted. Therefore, the consumer may be burdened with the reduction of the value of a product, if the management he has done in it exceeds the acceptable measure, e.g.

Products, which are returned without packaging or with damaged packaging, but with complete accessories and accompanying documents, will be subject to a reduction in the returned value of up to -30%.
Products, which are returned without packaging or with damaged packaging, but with complete accessories and accompanying documents and have been activated in the manner of initial installation (such as printers, machines, laptops, tablets, desktops, smartphones, cameras, televisions, accessories, such as bases, etc.), will be subject to a reduction in the return value of up to – 50%. If their packaging is complete, but they have been activated, they will be able to reduce the returned value up to – 30%.

The value reductions due to the above (if the conditions apply) are applied retroactively and are calculated each time in the total value of the product.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sales between companies (when one company buys commercial equipment from another for the purposes of its business activities).
